Our boat travels 3 miles out into the open ocean, operating safely and responsibly in full compliance with all U.S. Coast Guard regulations. This ensures not only a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests but also the highest standards of safety and environmental care during the journey.

Captain
Captain Joss Martinez hails from the South of France. With 28 years at sea, he’s a seasoned sailor who transitioned to the captaincy in Marina Del Rey in 2008. In 2015, he founded a sea charter business, including Ocean Memorial.
